What are the payment options?
Credit card and debit card are acceptable. If you want a e-transfer, please contact us before payment.
How long does the delivery take?
Usually, same day delivery for the North Shore, while delivery to Vancouver area takes 2-3 days, and for other areas, it takes 5 days. However, please note that this schedule may vary due to circumstances, so please contact us for delivery schedule.
What is Miele vacuum’s warranty policy?
Miele provides the world best warranty service which is a 5-year for parts & labour and 7-year for motor. And they supply the parts even though the products are discontinued. Just walk in the store with your vacuum. Durability and high quality of Miele products will make you happy.
What is the return policy?
1. Unopened and Delivered Products:
If the product is unopened, you may return or exchange the product within 30 days of the date of delivery, provided that (i) such return or exchange will be subject to a 10% administration fee (i.e., a fee representing 10% of the purchase price of the product, exclusive of applicable taxes); and (ii) you will not receive a refund on any delivery charges paid for the delivery of the product.
2. Opened Products:
If the product is opened but never used and never installed, you may return or exchange the product within 30 days of the date of delivery provided that (i) such return or exchange will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and a 10% administration fee (i.e., each such fee representing 10% of the purchase price of the product, exclusive of applicable taxes); and (ii) you will not receive a refund on any delivery charges paid for the delivery of the product.
3. Non-Returnable Products:
We does not accept any returns or exchanges on products in the following circumstances:
1) Products that have been used and/or installed; and/or
2) If more than 30 days have passed since the product was delivered.
