The SpeedLock system is the feature you'll use without thinking. One click releases the PowerUnit for handheld mode — stairs, sofas, car seats, shelving. The Floor Figures Itself Out

Q: How is the DuoFlex HX1 different from the Miele Triflex HX1?
A: Different brief, different machine. The Triflex was designed for larger homes and more demanding cleaning — it has three docking positions, a bigger 0.5L dustbin, and is built to cover more ground per session. Q: Is the dustbin big enough?
A: For a daily clean in a small unit, yes — most sessions require one empty at the end. If you have multiple pets or are doing a deeper session less frequently, you'll empty it more often. It's the main tradeoff of the 0.3L bin, and it's worth knowing before you buy. The upside is that the Click2Open mechanism makes emptying fast and relatively hands-off.
 
Q: Is it good for pet hair?
A: It handles pet hair well on hard floors and low-pile surfaces. The electrobrush picks up hair without significant tangling.
